ABOUT THE owner, meet Amanda:

AMP Recruiting Solutions founder, Amanda Park, is a passionate recruiter who has over two decades of experience helping companies find top talent. Our main line of business, our direct hire search practice, is well known for finding niche candidates specific for each client's company culture. We do not present just anyone; we take the time to get to know each corporate client and their company culture so that we are on target with the candidates we present. Current industries served include: Financial Sector (Private Equity, Venture Capital, Asset Management, FinTech), Technology (Software, AI, Cloud, Mobile), Life Sciences (Pharma, BioTech, Medical Device), Consumer Goods and Retail (eCommerce Platforms,  Brick-and-Mortar).

Amanda's expertise with her corporate clients gives her  'insider knowledge' as to what hiring managers are looking for and expecting. She uses that experience to provide career consulting to new and rising college graduates as well as young professionals. Our career consulting services came as a result of being approached by many young professionals to consult on their resumes, job searches, and interview readiness.

About Us

Paul Malling: Executive Recruiter

Paul and Amanda have worked together for over 10 years and are very much in sync as to how to run a successful search. Paul is a lifelong recruiter and has placed too many people to count over the years. There is no one better at finding that unicorn, filling that impossible role, then Paul Malling. His expertise is invaluable and he makes the toughest searches look easy. Paul is the lead recruiter on the team.


Outside of recruiting, Paul is an animal lover and dedicates much of his time to the SPCA in San Francisco,  ensuring that animals are living their best lives. We just adore Paul.

Kami Blease: Marketing Consultant

Kami Blease is a huge asset to AMP because she is passionate about helping businesses understand and leverage the power of social media and other platforms to grow their following and connect with their ideal clients in an ever-evolving marketplace.


Kami has 12+ years of experience in branding, as well as creative and content strategy and execution. As our brand at AMP grows, Kami has been key in effectively marketing our offerings.  We are so thankful  for what she brings to AMP!

Avery Park: Social Media Coordinator

Avery Park helps with all of the social media content development and posting schedules.  She can also do a deep dive when it comes to researching anything, so we are always ahead of trends in the industry.  Avery is incredibly bright and brings both stellar  technology skills, and a keen eye for design to the team. A perfect combo!


We love her perspective as a soon to be college graduate about to enter the work world full time. She can do it all, so  we can't wait to see what she will do in her next act. Look out world! 

Who we are

We are a direct hire search and career consultant firm:

At AMP Recruiting Solutions, our roots are in direct hire placements. AMP began as a search firm in Texas, providing top tier talent to clients across all industries. We now provide talent nationwide to corporate clients in technology, marketing, retail, and financial industries. We provide candidates for every level of a company, from junior level to upper management.


As with business leaders in any industry, we began to see a need. We saw that our youngest professionals were entering the job market unprepared, so in 2018, we began to offer  private career consulting to new and rising college graduates and young professionals.  Our goal is to guide them on launching and growing a fulfilling career from the earliest stage. The goal is simple, but the execution is far more detailed.  


Here are some examples of areas that we address as career consultants: 

  • What is the individual passionate about? This is critical to help focus a job search or career move. 
  • Review of social media pages: employers WILL check them out.
  • How to network and use contacts, not just for interviews. 
  • Resume development.
  • Process of applying for internships and/or full time roles.
  • Interview preparation. 
  • Follow-up process with hiring managers. 
  • Offer negotiations OR handling rejection.
  • Once offer is accepted, we can continue consulting on an 'as needed' basis. We are here to help guide you throughout your career.
